Lol thanks, that was my husband says, but I know he's just trying to be nice. The 7 pounds was down from when I first started at 204, I didn't take picture until I hit 200 though. I am trying to eat healthy, and make sure I am eating all meals including breakfast which I normally skip. I have been going to the gym when I get a chance, but it's hard with the girls. I haven't weighed myself in a while though, I'm curious though because I have been doing really good this past week. I guess I just don't want to get diapointed if I don't see a change. Oh yea and water has become my new snack, lol I have been drinking it like it was a milkshake. And I forgot this one, I have been drinking Lean Muscle Meal replacement protein shake once a day. But since I am BF I don't use them as a meal replacement, but more a a small meal between lunch and dinner since we don't eat till 7ish most nights. This helps me not get into all of dd's snacks and go to town on them.
