


Notes: I now weigh 180 lbs. and have lost 36 lbs total. It's been an EXTREMELY slow process for me. It seems like everything I try doesn't work. So this time I'm doing things a little different. In mid-January I decided to work on my eating habits. Instead of focusing on just low fat, I'm working on portion control and drinking more water. I go to a deep water aerobics class 3 times a week at the YMCA. I'm also looking into doing something else for Tuesday/Thursday and giving me the weekends off. I haven't decided what though.
