Oh, you are definitely smaller! What are you doing for your program? My guess is that you aren't doing enough resistance training so that you see firm muscle instead of soft muscle which looks like fat. I bet if you added in more strength training, while the scale would not go down and may go up, you'd see the changes in your body's definition that you are wanting to see.

I definitely see a difference too. Did you do any measurements? I can see that your upper arms are thinner as well as your belly.
