So, my 90 days are up. 3 months of Power90 yeilded me a loss of 25lbs!! I went from wearing a size 14 to wearing a size 8... so that's a drop of 6 sizes.

But i'm not done yet. This was just one leg of my journey. And to show you all how far i've come.

This is me at Day 1.


This is what I look like after 90 days


So now, that's my new starting picture. I've started doing Jillian Michael's new dvds and 30day Shred. We'll see how far that takes me. I'm hoping for a minimum of 139 by the end of the 30days.

Ana! You have truly done so amazing and can't wait to see how the end of your journey turns out! Joe & I are on day 3 of P90 (well we jsut got done w/ day 3 lol)! I hope I can do as well as you did!!

Thank you ladies.

Kris, all I have to say is stick with it. Do the workouts as best as you can, always pushing yourself a little bit more every day and you'll get some awesome results!!

I love Power90 and I would have done it again, but after 90+ (my dh had days to make up), I days of it, I was in need of something different.

There will be days where you are like.... UGHHHHH... NOT THIS #$@$#@ AGAIN!!!... I know i had those thoughts about day 14, 35, 45 etc.. lol and all you have to do is put that attitude aside and keep pushing play.

You can do it KRIS !!!

by the way, i tried posting on your Blog Kris and it's not letting me.

Here's my comment:

P90 is going to rock your world Kris!! Push yourself a little bit more everyday, even if it's just one more push-up, one more squat, every little counts.

Don't push yourself too hard with the weights. Make sure your posture and form is correct, once you've mastered them, add a little bit more. Once you are able to do all the reps with the current weight, then it's time to move up.

Okay girly!! Keep pushing play and you'll be amazed at your results !!

ty I still have one more pound to lose to leave the Obese catagory for my BMI. I'm soo looking forward to that. Not that being Overweight (which is the next catagory i want to leave) is better, but you know.. at least it's moving in the right direction.

Can't freakin' believe it... I decided to weigh myself again today since I didn't get a chance to take my pictures on Monday (when I normally weighin and snap pics).. and the scale read...

141 !!! I'm soooo close to leaving the 140s. So freakin' happy today, especially since I'm recovering from some little minor injuries I had over the weekend. 15 week pics are up on the first post.

After going up 2weeks ago.. I finally have broken out of the 140s. I'm very pleased with myself for not downing myself too much and just pushing myself a little harder this week.

So, i've finished my 30days of Burning Fat Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones, so now onto more challenging workouts.

It is time for P90X. Time to see some definition and not just weightloss. I want to start seeing my biceps and definition on my back. My tummy is another story. Seems I got to one point with it and the fat infront of my abs just dont want to budge... so that will probably require a second round of P90X or ChaLean Extreme.

So for the next 90days I'll be extremely busy with building some muscle and seeing some cuts. Wish me luck. I want to be out of the 130s at the end of these 3 grueling months.

So Monday, April 20, 2009 was my Day 1 of P90X. It is a freakin' extreme, intense workout. I love it !! If I follow the nutrition and exercise program, there is no way I'm not meeting my goal of 129lbs. Tonight is my first Plyometrics workout and i'm looking forward to it, I know it's going to burn but hey, the burn is good.

Anyway, if anyone is reading. Just figured i'd catch you up on a picture of when I first start Power90 and my beginning picture of P90X.

Back in November 24, 2008. Weight 170 lbs.


I decided to ditch the shorts and the sports bra so that I can see my transformation even better as I go on my new journey.

My new beginning, April 20, 2009. Weight 138 lbs.
