Hello Everyone.
Just wanted to share my progress so far. I started a week before Thanksgiving. I was sick and tired of being over weight and constantly feeling disgust when I saw myself in the mirror. Since my husband and I have decided that we will only have two kids, Evelyn 3 and Aaron 2, there was no excuse for me to not be in the shape that I was before I had kids. So a week before Thanksgiving, I picked up my Power90 dvd, wiped the dust of it and got to it.
Here are some pictures I've taken so far.

Measurements:
Neck: 14 and 13/16
Chest: 43

Notes: Ughh.. I was so frightened when I saw these pictures. I knew I was obese, I knew that I needed to lose weight, but I didnt think it was that bad.
December 1, 2008
After 1 week: Weight 164
Measurements:

Notes: It's all in or nothing. I started off the week keeping track of my calories, watching my fat intake, nothing but water to drink and my efforts paid off. My gut went down considerably.
After 2 weeks: Weight 161
After 3 weeks: Weight 159
After 4 weeks: Weight 158
After 5 weeks: Weight 157
After 6 weeks: Weight 155
Notes: I am crazy excited. I was waiting to wear my size 9 jeans thinking that I would probably be able to fit them comfortably sometime in February but I wore them yesterday and they were a bit loose. When I started I was wearing a tight size 13.
After 7 weeks: 154
Notes: I'm noticing a big difference when I look at myself in the mirror. I can't believe I've come this far and in all honesty it hasn't been as hard as I thought it would be.
After 8 weeks: 152 lbs
Notes: I've had a really bad week.. I took an extra rest day as i've been really sick and recoverying my ankle but I will push hard this week coming week.
After 9 weeks: Weight 152lbs
Note: No decrease in weight from last week.. not really sure why.. but we'll see how next week goes and if there's no change.. i'll add more cardio
After 10 weeks: Weight 149
Notes: Finally out of the 150's.. couldn't be any happier, well I could
After 11 weeks: Weight 149
Notes: No change this week.. the chance of getting to 145 is looking really slim
After 12 weeks: Weight 147
Notes: I've missed like 1wk of workout through my 90 days.. so even if this was my last week.. I still am going to make up those missed days... so onward to another week.
After 13 weeks: Weight 147
Notes: I had a bad week.. will make it up this week.
After 14 weeks: Weight 145

After 17 weeks: Weight 143 (heading in the wrong direction :/ )
After 18 weeks: Weight 139 (finally change)

After 20 weeks: 138 lbs (New beginning
P90X time )

Weight: 140 lbs (went up but increased strength substantially and I feel getting tighter)
