These were taken this morning. 5'7 and weighed at 178 ( must have gained a few lbs)
Waist (i did this at my belly button, I don't know where my actual waist is LOL)-38
well after slacking for MONTHS I am finally back on and doing well. I don't see a LOT of change but its getting there. Final goal is around 145-155lbs.
measurements 5/23 weight, 169.5
bicep- 13 (-1in)
calf- 15.5 (-.5in)
hip- 39 (-1in)
belly button- 35 (-3 in!)
actual waist- 32.5 (-1in)
bust- 37 (-3in)
neck 13.5, same
I don't see A LOT of difference but I think there is a bit.

thanks for the kind words ladies I have a really large frames and dense bones...I was 145 and wearing a size 7/9 juniors. I don't expect to ever be small, I just want to be in shape again. I was in dance and ran a lot as a child so I never really had to watch what I ate, and now its biting me in the butt!! Its my bottom half that grosses me out BLECH
i have TONS TONS of stretch marks, they are just skin/silvery colored. The only dark ones I have are on my very upper thigh. I guess I am lucky in that but up close you can see the ones on my belly, and boobs, and thighs LOL
Hey...I think you and I are twins (OK...I'm silly!). But we carry weight just about the same and we're the same height. I can totally see a difference with the weight you've lost so far and I can't wait to see more pics soon!
