I suck, I gained everything I lost back. But, been working at the gym and surprisingly enough, am still wearing the smaller clothes! Despite a 15 lb gain! I can do this, and I WILL do this!

You CAN do it! Some of that weight is probably muscle so don't get too down on yourself!

That's OK Tanya, what's important is that you're willing to get back on the horse and try again. I'm rooting for you!

Well, after having most of the month of Dec. off, I'm back at it and am happy to say that when I weighed this morning after the gym I was 220lbs! Hope to break into the teens and then find those 100's! Slow and steady wins the race, right?!

216.2! Yay! Considering it is a school break this week for the girls and I took a vacation from the gym this week! I'll take a half lb loss! Going skating later with the kids, so I'll get a little workout in!

Wheeeee!!!!! I saw 215.8 this morning!!!! I'm so much more determined to keep it going when the numbers are going in the right direction! Been working with weight machines, cardio machines, step class and maybe on Tues. I'll be brave and try the cycling class again! I'm loving this!!!

So, I've joined myfitnesspal. I've tried Spark People before and found that I wasn't diligent with logging in my calories and exercise. After logging in a few days I've learned that my breakfast alone has been really high in calories without me realizing it. I'm 215 right now and with my goals set there it says I should lose 10 lbs by May if I follow it. I'm feeling more determined this time than ever! If you are on myfitnesspal, add me, my name is fitnesstanyam!

Since joining MFP, I'm down to 212.8!!! I knew I needed to watch my food intake better in order to get things moving again. I'm amazed at how quickly my breakfasts add up!!! Now that I know just how high in calories things like a 2 egg and cheese English muffin/toast with milk and yogurt and maybe even fruit is! It appears to be healthy but BOY does it add up fast! Keeping to about 1400 calories and working out at the gym looks like it's going to work! My first goal is to get down to 200lbs by my birthday May 22. I'm well on my way and very excited!

Getting very frustrated here!!! I've been keeping to the calories that I'm supposed to be eating and when I work out, I eat back some of those calories like I'm supposed to. In the last week, since getting back to the gym after an illness, I think I've gained around 3lbs!!! I'm disgusted and broken by this. HOW?
But, today's a new day, and I won't give up! Just have to pick myself up, dust off and keep going.

My weight fluctuates sooo much so I understand. Hang in there and keep up the good work. Remember that you are doing something so wonderful for your body even if the weight isn't budging and oh--check measurements. My weight hasn't changed in over a month but I lost another pants size
