What are you guys doing to make those tummies go down!! I have been mainly focusing on my legs, thighs and arms. My thighs touch. I need to also focus on my tummy. What can I do so it can go down fast?!!!
30 day shred is excellent. Jillian teaches many different versions of the crunch that work on every part of your abs. There is the standard crunch, reverse crunch, bicycle crunch, etc. Combining cardio with these is essential. With the crunches and strengthening work you are doing on your legs, you need to throw in some high intensity cardio. You are building muscle and you need to burn fat as well. I have seen better result with the 3o ds than I have had at any other point when I have tried losing weight. My trainer also recommended practicing pulling your abs tight when you are sitting. I do that in the car and hold it as long as I can. Last night, DH and I went out to dinner. As we were talking after our meal, I pulled in my abs.
