Ok ladies Im gonna post pics, please be nice, this is tough as im not happy with my body image mainly my stomach after to 10 pound babies I seem to have flab and am hoping to get rid of it or tighten it up(any advice on tighting would be great) anywhere here goes this is me at 140 pounds. not exactly sure of measurement but my abs are pretty close to 35/36 and my hips are 39/40
Yupp, I agree. I just started doing Jillian Michael's two new dvds, No More Trouble Zone and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. Those two workouts would sooo help you out. One is cardio and the other one is strength training.
I think you'll be where you want in no time. I agree with Ana on the Jillian Michaels DVD's especially the No More Trouble Zones - she does a lot on working on the tummy, which I'm not liking the way mine looks either. I could really feel it while doing the workout and even more so this AM! Good luck.
