I know it is tough and I commend you for being able to post up pics. You will feel better at the end of the month when you see the results. Sometimes posting this will even help you on days when you want to give up. When I posted my pics, I made myself accountable. If I didn't have changes to post, then that was my fault and my embarrassment.
Tammi, I think with your body type that you're going to see results fairly quickly if you're keeping at it with your workout routine. I agree posting pics makes you feel more accountable and not only that, but when you can visibly see the changes yourself, it's motivation to keep going for more. So keep on doin what you're doin!
see your body type is built so that if you do your cardio and do some strength training you will see results quickly despite the number on the scale. That's why I compared you to Ana... Like 30 day shred is definitely for you!
