This is it. I'm going to do it. I have hesitated to make myself any promises or get my hopes up too much but I am hereby going to make a goal for myself to focus on and hope it kicks my butt into gear--my weigh-in this week was the same as last week's at 204.8.
My goal will be to be under 200 lbs by September 28. That gives me 35 (well 34 considering it's late now) days to lose 4.8 lbs, under 1 pound a week. If I do better, great!
If I get PG or find I am PG sometime between now and then, I will think about that then. Maybe this will help me to cut down on some of the obsessing over that anyway.
