Little Update, I havent been down to this forum for a while, just been realy busy. I recently started doing the P90X program and it has been great! I am on the last 30 days of my first round, but being the end of winter I have been realy sick for 2 weeks and have had to have a break from the more intense exercise, so hopefully I will be feeling healthy enough to start back up again on monday next week. My current weight is 140lbs so I am very close to my goal of 130 YAY!!!

Ok here are my pics for the start of my P90X round 2! I have put on 8 lbs since finishing round one so I am around the weight I was when I started P90X.

Fell off the healthy eating and exercise wagon over Christmas and gained a few Kg's, I am starting P90X again this week so hopefully my second round will go as well as the first did, or even better
