SO I know some of you were thinking of Shred?
I have to say the workout is awesome. It's less then 30 mins... so def a busy mom can fit in! It's short.. BUT INTENSE! It's works!
My arms after 30 day(shred) .. 2 weeks off.. 24 days(Shred/Shred with weights).. 2 weeks off.. so far 11 days again(Shred)..
I went from size 12 to a size 6 the first round.. size 6-4 the second round.. and now on the 3rd round I'm finding my size 4's are getting nice and baggy

I'm REALLY hoping to get into size 2 COMFORTABLE by the end of this 30 days
I'm trying to really remember.. I think I was 158 at the start of Shred.. So as of today I am down 12lbs since start and 4 sizes
