Here's my before picture from today (07-01-06).. according to the scales I'm 179 .. please ignore the dirty clothes.. the pic was taken infront of our laundry room.

I'm going to take the next set on the 29th.. AF will be gone long enough for any bloating to be gone, and it will have been exactly 4weeks since the first pic. I really wish I had taken a side view Oh well, I know now for next time..
