Me 3 days PP at about 230 pounds...


Me as of today about 137 pounds. My scale broke so I'm not 100% sure.

Well I started out by walking a lot. I live downtown in a nice little town and while it was warm I went walking for at least an hour a few days a week.

Then once I got used to exercising I did some pilates (Netflix videos) and some light cardio.

Then I did Zumba. I felt like a MORON but, once I let go I had fun and lost weight.

Then (Now) I'm doing p90x.

I follow a semi strict diet (Low fat, low calorie and low sodium) and I stick to 1600-1800 calories a day (I'm still nursing) and I drink at least 8 cups of water a day.

Awesome, thanks for sharing!

My problem right now is that I have the diet thing down really great, but I have ZERO motivation/energy to work out. I just HATE it and don't even know where to begin!
