How motivating! Just to know that you can lose that amount of weight just by walking motivates me.
How often do you walk and how many miles?

Aww, thanks.  I walk 1.5 miles twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night. I started out walking a little over 1/2 a mile once a day and gradually started walking more.
