I did a 30 day squat challenge. Plus my regular 1x per week leg day and 2x per week physical therapy, which helped a lot. Here are the results

Thank you!! I just did a lot of body weight squats at home, one leg squats.. Then at the gym I did a variety of different leg exercises and squats with weights, etc. I'm really excited because I've never had a butt before, haha. It still needs more work though

Wow! I am jealous. I've been at this for almost a year now and my butt still looks crappy.

So how many body weight squats did you do? And one leg squats? You mean like pistol squats? How do you do them?
I haven't wanted to do body weight squats because I don't like them but you're making me want to try doing them for a month.

Aww thank you!!

I had physical therapy for a long time because of my knees so they made me do a lot of leg exercises and body weight squats. How they had me do the one-leg squats was put my foot up on a chair behind me while standing on one leg and then squat down, if that makes sense. I think I was doing like 100+ most days! It sucked, but it got me back to running because now my knees are all better!
