Before having kids- chest- 32, waist- 24, hips- 30 and a half. After having two kids- chest- 34, waist- 32, hips- 38. goal- chest- 32, waist- 24, hips- 32. I dont expect the hips to go all the way to prepregnancy size.
Okay, this time I lost inches from all 3 places. Chest- 32.5, waist- 29 and 3 quarters, hips- 35.5. So I lost a half inch from the chest, 3 quarters of an inch off the waist, and half an inch off the hips. Not much from any particular spot. To be prepregnancy size I need to lose only a half inch more from the chest, 4 and 3 quarters inches off the waist, and 5 inches off the hips.
Okay, I think I took my measurements at the wrong time of day last time. I may have been bloated from meals. Also, I,ve been doing the waist and hips bare, and the chest with clothes. So that measurement was wrong. Here are my measurements.
Chest- 32, waist-29, hips- 35
So my chest is back to prepregnancy size. I still have 4 extra inches on the waist, and at least 3 extra inches on the hips. Really 5, but that was too small before I had kids. I wanna be 32/25/32.
So, in a months time, I lost about 1.5 inches off the waist, and an inch off the hips, and dropped at least 2.5 pounds. I'd like to take off a few more inches in both the waist and hips. The whole stomache area needs toned too.
