I am going to start posting progress pictures of me. I'm planning on posting a new pic with every five pounds that I lose. Hopefully it will not take to long to add .
Yes I can for sure see a difference. Your arms, your face, your obliques and upper abs all look leaner. And your arms, thighs and calves look way firmer.
This is me at 139 pounds. I think I look bigger than the picture before. I guess it is the angle.
