First time measured - 10/5/2006
chest - 35 3/4 in.
ribs - 34
biceps - 10 (talk about tiny! and they use to be smaller)
waist - 37 1/2 (ok, I left high school with a 26 in waist)
hips - 39
left thigh - 20 1/4
right thigh - 19 (smaller due to surgery)
left calf - 12 1/2
right calf - 13
Chest - 34 3/4 -- down 1/4inch
ribs - 33 3/4 -- down 1/4inch
waist - 34 3/4 -- up 1/2 inch - UGH! Maybe its left over bloatedness
midwaist - 37 1/2 --- up 1/2 inch - UGH!
hips - 37 3/4 --- no change
I didnt work out Monday and Tuesday. But I did start drinking a little bit of water each day. Atleast 1 cup if not a little more. And been keeping my other fluids to milk. Atleast attempting to cut out or really reduce my soda intake.
Feeling a little smaller in some areas.
But I tell ya what! My rear end has NEVER looked this good!! Even when I was super tiny. All that walking on the treadmill in hill mode is really paying off because I barely have any dimples left when I squeeze and its becoming super firm!! I LOVE IT! Atleast something good is coming out of all this working out!
I finally got the courage to post pictures. As you can see, I really look pregnant but am very NOT and have no kids!! Trying though. So it makes it even worse when I look like this! And my face is fully covered!! LOL!
I really bagging sweats on, so my legs are really not that big.
