what my body is doing on first day:
51 crunches in one min
14 push-ups in 12 sec( this is all i could get myself to do-how sad)
You know 14 push ups in 12 seconds is pretty good for your current stats.. Im 5'6 148 pounds and work out 3-4 days per week and have since Jan and I still cant do that many.. Amazing Id say
