I am guessing my body fat % to be around 30% as this is basically where I was last year when I had it tested. It had dropped to 28% over the summer but I have let that go.
Goal: Sometime in the summer would be nice Weight: Around 140
This is what I would like to look like again...I weighed somewhere between 135-145 then, I don't know which becuase I was weighing myself all summer on a huge scale meant for forklifts of plastic
P.S. The day this picture was taken, I was wearing a size 4 American Eagle Jeans that were really loose on my waist...I had to give those jeans away recently becuase I couldn't even get them over my thighs. So yes, 140 pounds and a size 2-4...
I know, I am happy there believe me! But I have PCOS and not only one but two doctors suggested I try and lose 20 pounds as it may help me ovulate. Since we are ttc, I figured I would try and see if I like it.
