when do you plan on telling your work you are pregnant?

I already did. I was going to wait and then it's very obvious that I'm going to start showing sooner than later, so I decided to go ahead and spill the beans. My work is pretty small, only 30 or so employees, so I told my closest friends first, then a couple of my bosses and just sent an email to everyone else.

If we get some good u/s I will be telling my principal toward the end of August when I go back to start getting my classroom set up. If we continue to get good u/s I'm not going to be able to hide it too long from my coworkers. By the time I get to Back to School Night at the end of September I think it will probably be obvious to the parents, and I'll probably have to tell them. I hope I make it that far! It would be a nice redemption since I had to get a D&C at 11w two days before Back to School Night last year.

Oh, I don't plan on telling anyone at the hospital for a long time. well, they did see me run and puke yesterday, and I got a lot of questions, lol. I said it was the antibiotic I did talk to the Infectious Disease Nurse to ask her which patients that I can't take care of because I couldn't remember from my OB/GYN classes years ago, lol....that is it until I hear that beautiful heartbeat!

I am not working but looking for a job....I am totally not going to tell anyone until AFTER I am hired. I am worried I won't get the job for that very reason. I just don't know.

i'm not telling...they'll just see! when i mention it, it will be in an email to tell them how i plan do do my maternity leave.

i have applied for some jobs, and if i get called for interviews/offered a position, i won't be telling them until after i'm onboard.

I work for a place that's small and quaint, and we're all very close friends now- including my boss. I'm surprised I still haven't spilled the beans! But, I feel really good (minus mood swings), so didn't assume it had to be in the open quiiiiite yet. Soon.

I have told one friend at work but other than that I'm not saying anything for awhile. I work at a greenhouse and there are LOTS of seasonal workers here that get laid off in sept so I need to make sure I wait til after that for my work to find out or I know they will lay me off. Then hopefully I wont get laid off after christmas but I am not holding my breath
