I'm sort of a first time mom... This is my first pregnancy and baby, but DH's daughter (she's 12) lives with us. As far as the pregnancy goes, it's not as bad as I feared it would be (my mom had a really hard time), but I don't LOVE it either. I love feeling baby boy moving around, but I don't love being tired and ungainly, or the near constant discomfort in my rib cage. I'm definitely starting to get excited to see him! And have started panicking about all the stuff we need and the ridiculous number of options out there (stroller/car seat research makes me crazy).

With all the changes to the baby gear in 10 years, sometimes it feels like I'm a first time mom lol. Car seat research drove me BONKERS as did cloth diapering research, even though i think I've made up my mind about it now.

I'm here! Third trimester has hit me hard!!! I felt great during the second trimester but now I have zero focus at work and am exhausted. On a positive note I love feeling the baby move and I can't wait until he is here... a little over 9 weeks to go!

third trimester is kicking my butt, all while the little monster is kicking my belly! I swear this kid is kickboxing in there - my whole stomach shakes from it! I am tired, my lower back hurts all the time, and i can never get comfortable. On the bright side, I have really bonded with this little one and have even managed to teach it to play games with me. If I poke it, it pokes back, but only with me. Even if DH does it it doesn't work...makes me feel special

I'm here and doing great. Only 9.5 weeks to go here too! I still feel great, peeing like crazy, though I've always done that quite a bit.

Suddenly I'm getting obsessive about being prepared for birth. I just don't know what to expect or how I can handle it.

I would like to start getting everything ready for the baby, but I'm going to wait until after the showers so I know what I still need. But they're both still a month away, so I'm getting antsy about that.

I'm good! Starting to get uncomfortable when sitting at work. I work at a daycare and can't imagine what it's going to be like when im 8 months pregnant and have a bunch of toddlers climbing all over me! Little mister is keeping me awake much more during the night but I still love feeling him move! I just can't wait to see what he looks like and meet him!!!

The third trimester is kicking my butt too! I went three days with no sleep at all, but finally got some last night.

I am starting to feel more tired than in the 2nd trimester. Also, my back hurts in the middle from being on my feet all day at work. I worry about how much worse it is going to get in the coming couple months. My little girl keeps pretty active too.

Another first timer here! I'm doing pretty good, I had low blood pressure last week, the dizziness was awful, but I'm feeling a lot better now! I think I'm starting to nest, that or I've got too much time on my hands!
