I know, what is wrong with me!? haha!

Is there anybody else hoping that baby at least makes it to their due date? All I see is talk of trying natural induction methods soon and hoping baby comes early and what not yet outnumberedX3 (sorry blanking your name... oi) and I seem to be the only ones hoping baby stays put!

Not me! But I did with Eloise because of our move. And even though my first two were early, she listened, stayed put, and was born the day after her due date

Me! I would love to go on or right after my due date which is April 9th. My last day of work is on the 8th which is Easter Sunday. I don't want to go too late though because I only have so much time off after little guy is born!

yeah I don't want to go too late either. My mom will only be here for a week (my due date of the 4th to the 11) so the closer to the 4th I go, the better. I'm hoping she comes on the 5th!

I am hoping for as late as possible, as much as I hate being pregnant. The longer I stay pregnant, the longer it prolongs my true maternity leave since until I deliver it's considered short term disability. I get 8 weeks from the date of delivery off, and don't want to go back until mid june.

NO! I know some of you have REALLY good reasons to want to go late. Not I. I'm okay with anytime after 37 weeks. 1. Baby is already REALLY long, and running out of room, and we have 6+ weeks to go. 2. My stepdaughter is going to be out of town for five days two weeks before my due date, so I wouldn't have to worry about getting her stuff together and getting her out of the house when I go into labor. (We're doing a home birth, and I do NOT want her in the house during it.)

I was like that the first time. I wanted baby to wait until due date because I wans't having any problems lol. and my mom also had booked her flight for the day before the due date. LOL.

So... my mom wasn't there for my daughter's birth because she was 3 weeks early.

but this time around, different circumstances... so she can come any time as soon as she's safe!!

As much as I would like to go early...I really want an April baby! I am due April 6th and if she comes sometime between the 2nd-6th that would be ideal. I want her before Easter (I would be overdue by then anyways) and I want to avoid April fools day if possible haha.

For the baby's sake, I want it to come when it's ready. By my due date it would be fine.

For my sake I want it to be over NOW!! (38+2)

I really want an April baby. I can't have a home birth if anything happens before 37 weeks. And my birth photogragher is away until April 11... so I would to have baby come around the 12 or so and I'm due the 20.

As miserable as I feel a lot of the time a new baby is a lot of work so I wouldn't mind if this baby came on time or a little late. Plus it gives us more time to get things done in the house.

Yeah, I'm good with baby staying put until the due date. I kinda have things planned around baby not coming until around the 12th.

I won't be allowed to go late either, but I'm hoping she stays put until April 9 (39 wks). There are too many things I need to get done before/during the Easter holiday that would be easier with baby inside.

I'm good with whenever baby is ready between now and 42wks. I'm really thinking I'm going to get to at least 41wks, and I am not doing any natural induction methods other than trying to walk and be active a little more to get my body ready.

I want him to come when he's ready. However, that being said, I really hope that after 37 weeks he's ready lol! Because I have to get back to work ASAP after he's born because by that point I"ll be on 60% of my pay, which really hurts us with me being the only one working. So I'll be taking 6 weeks after he's born and then I (unfortunately) have to go back (if I have a job to go back to at that point).
