Might be stupid question but...I'd rather ask than be ignorant....

What are the chances of us EBF mom's getting pregnant even if AF didn't show?

DH and I DTD and now I'm a little worried coz I've been feeling nauseous but it goes away with saltine crackers....

There are seven requirements that must be met to use breastfeeding as birth control. If they're met, chances of getting pregnant before 3 months is 1%, 3% before 6 months. Google ecological breastfeeding. Requirements include baby not going more than 4hrs between feeds, cosleeping, no pacifiers, bottles etc, napping during the day with baby, and baby younger than 6 months I got pregnant when my 3rd was 11 months old and still nursing every couple hours.

Okay tested and it was a BFN..... Yay and ... after scaring ourselves we were kind of hoping it was a +ve.

No worries at least now we'll be REALLY careful

Btw, I've chalked all these symptoms down to AF about to show up... We'll see if THAT theory pans out....
