I am so excited to finally be pregnant. Two years ago I had a surprise pregnancy. My husband and I were married less then six months when we discovered I was pregnant. Needless to say we didnt handle the situation with as much grace as we ought to have. We were scared about the financial since we had just bought a home and were still paying some wedding costs off. By the time we pulled ourselves together and embraced the idea full heatedly our precious Peanut had left us. I was devastated. I felt our negative reaction might have caused Peanut to leave and I was just so sad. I wanted to try again right away even though I knew it wasnt conceivable. My husband Paul bought me a puppy, Ellie, to help with the loss. She gave me a reason to get out of bed and someone to mother which helped ease the pain. Six months after Ellie we got her a brother, Aidan, and combined with our 3 cats we stayed a family of 7 until now.
Paul and I officially began trying in August and on September 25 (my 28th birthday) we found out we were expecting Jelly Bean. I started a blog once I found out I was pregnant as I went away for my birthday (planned trip) with my 2 best friends (my one friend is pregnant and due in March) and so I will probbaly be mostly updating in that blog. So far only my 2 best friends, my penpal, and a few online friends know about this site. Once we announce the pregnancy Ill share it with my other friends and family too. We are not going to find out the sex and planning a giraffe theme nursery as I love them.
Here is my blog
