Definitely stick with a Peri from this point on. And your right, next time you feel any of this sh*t again, go to the ER for immediate attention. Screw your doctor.

Regardless of what is "normal", you have learned what your body can and can not handle. The fact that you have an angel because of Pre-e and your dr still does nothing, after the weight gain and protein is pure neglect. I hope you get some answers and get them soon!

I'm glad you are being checked out. You need to know what is going on for sure. You know your body better than anyone.

I hope you are ok. I also know that is a sign of HELLP syndrome. Ugh this makes me so pissed at your doctor. Sooo glad you are going in now, kup!

Oh my. I really hope you are okay. I am totally ticked off that your doctor is dismissing all of these symptoms and your concerns. As someone with a previous stillbirth that would make me flip RIGHT out. it is not okay to brush things off!! I hope the peri takes you seriously and figures out what is going on. Please KUP.

I really hope this is a false alarm, although to be honest, with your history and your readings (which as you say, although in what could be considered a normal range are high for you - I'm naturally borderline hypotensive and that flips right into hypotension when I'm pregnant, BP at 17 weeks was 90/55 and so I've been told any rise of 30 or so in the systolic measurement is what they look for rather than a 'normal' reading) I would be worried too and your doctor is beyond ridiculous! You really shouldn't have to push so hard for 'care' with your history and symptoms.

Sending lots of positive thoughts your way and hoping for a good update soon.

I'm really glad you are finally getting someone taking you seriously, although I'm sorry it's because you are in pain.
File a complaint about your doctor. As others said, this is neglect on his part especially with your previous history.

I hope everything is okay! Way to go on trusting your body and your instincts. I think that sometimes we know a whole lot more than the doctors. It is your body after all! Def keep us posted!
