I decided to try the midwife group at the university hospital this time. I was going to a gynecology specialty place through the same system but even though they were nice I dont want to deliver with a doctor. The midwives dont schedule their first appointment until 8 weeks though so Im scheduled for september 19th Im really nervous so I hate thinking that I have to wait that long. I might call my old drs office just to see if they will give me bloodwork before then, but I don't know. I wish i could just be completely happy and not worry about this pregnancy at all.

I know how you feel. My 1st appt isn't till 10 weeks. I really want to go sooner, but we won't do an early u/s, so there's no reason to go in before we can hear the hb on a doppler.

I know, the beginning can be so nerve wracking.
Glad you have an appointment set, though!
