Yep. I have the same going on.
Mine don't really hurt all throughout the day, it's random. Always, always, always @ night, though (and pretty bad). But, this morning I didn't notice any boob/nipple pain at all. Then, just a bit ago changed shirts and graced my nipple with my hand or something, and it felt like it was on fire.
I assume it's pretty normal for things to come and go.
Phew! This made me feel a lot better! And my pain is mostly at night too!, unless I happen to graze during the day and randomly it hurts! Oh wow.. Thank you so much! I feel a lot better because it is exactly what I am feeling!

No problem! I think it's totally normal.
I think mine hurt mostly at night because I take off my bra before bed, and everything is kinda 'there' instead of in the bra, lol!
i feel mine throughout the day and wakes me up at night. but its not at all constant. it comes and goes, just like my other symptoms. no need to worry! but i know thats almost impossible!
Mine have never been horrible either, but sometimes they are sore and sometimes, I got nothin. It makes me feel better to hear that others have symptoms that come and go!!
Mine are sore during the day and when I change to go to bed. So far every morning I can't feel anything. This morning especially...it makes me nervous. I feel better knowing it's not just me. I don't want to rush my pregnancy because I'm trying to enjoy it, but I really can't wait until I can feel the baby moving and then I will know it's ok. haha
Mine felt that way with my first two pregnancies. I had to sleep in a nursing sports bra at night to help with the pain.
This time around I hardly feel anything. But I read that can be normal since my boobs have already prepared for childbirth twice. Sometimes my nipples hurt. But it goes right away.

Thanks Bokkechick for my wonderful siggy!
I'm only 4w 1d so I don't have a lot of breast tenderness but what's weird is mine is only in one spot. Like over to the side by my armpit. I have odd Bbs though, I've never really had much sensitivity in them at all. I'm glad we can all over analyze together it makes me feel less crazy!
