Holy head achage. Yuck. I'm having a really severe headache today. I haven't taken anything for it yet (I know I can can tylenol, right?), trying to avoid having to do so. Tried drinking a bunch of water to see if that helps, didn't. I assume it's hormonal, I don't really get many headaches.

Anyone else getting headaches?

water; lavender oil; dark room and sleep can sometimes help. i get migraines fairly often, so havent noticed a change. but maybe if you're retaining water that could be the cause?

I do feel like I'm a little bloated, but I had nearly 85 ounces of water today! You think that amount would help. I might actually do the dark room, and just close my eyes for a bit and see if that helps.
Wasn't aware of the lavender oil- thank you. I love that smell, too.

I get hormonal migraines and they're horrible. I get them before af shows and also in the beginning of pregnancy. I have never had luck with tylenol so I put ice on my head and or take a nap. Hope your head is doing better!

I get migraines fairly often anyway, but more so when I'm pregnant, especially the 1st trimester. I just try to sleep and stay in a dark room. Acupuncture can also help.
