I thought those of us who have been pregnant before we could pass on some tips for the new moms.

I highly, highly recommend getting a pregnancy pillow. Soon. I waited till I was 8 months pregnant to get one with DD, and I wished I'd gotten it sooner. Yes, you can just use regular pillows, but then they're all over the place. I have one of the c shaped ones and it is fabulous. I've been considering getting it out, even though I don't think I need it quite yet!

A body pillow! For sure! And a sleeper bra.

definitely the pillow. I also like the bella bands (and the cheaper ones from target) for the in-between stage on clothes.

An exercise ball...toward the end, I was in some pain with my hips spreading. Sitting on the ball gave me some relief

Definitely a pillow, I just bought a body pillow from Home Outfitters and a really soft pillow case last time around, I think it was $30 total. And tummy cream - my belly was SO itchy last time, I rubbed lotion on it several times per day.

I didn't buy a belly band last time, but I think I will this time. When I was pregnant with DD, I bought several really cheap, really long tank tops to wear underneath everything to help keep skin covered

I used a regular body pillow and it worked great. I also loved the large exercise ball near the end.
Lemon/Lime soda for nausea in the beginning and Red Raspberry Leaf tea for prior to labor.

I second this!!!
For those who aren't able to take the prenatals due to nausea try the flinstone gummies.

Another vote for the excercise ball! It also helps during labor. I loved my regular body pillow with DD.

Another hint for nausea from prenatals is to take them before bed.

I'm sure I'll think of more things as we get further along.

I used a body pillow between my legs and a pillow under me feet. I still do both of those things to this day even when i'm not PG.

As far as my boobs they were so painful to the touch. I wore a soft breastfeeding sports bra most of the time and especially at night to sleep in. It kept them compact and they hurt less.

I can't think of anything else right this minute since my pregnancies were so long ago. I will come back to this thread as I remember.
