I think I'm trying to make up for not gaining a lot of weight so far.
Today I have eaten-
Breakfast- hash browns with gravy (special at the cafeteria and now I'm in love)
two small oranges
About a 1/2 bag (so 3 servings) of cinnamon glazed pecans
chicken breast cooked with pico de gallo, mushrooms and rice (leftovers)
4 petit fours
and 2 chocolate covered cherries.
And the rest of the pecans and cherries are siting on my desk mocking me.
I've been so happy with my weight gain so far, I only had gained a pound in the last month, but if I keep this up I'm going to make it a pound a day.
I would say, don't worry over one day I have days where I'm ravenous, then days that I hardly feel like eating at all. Look at your week as a whole, and then decide whether you need to give yourself a break or an intervention.
i could have made this same post, although i crave muffins and corndogs and chips with dip and icecream topped with hot fudge and loads of whip cream. and it hasnt been 45 minutes since i last ate, and i'm hungry all over again. i've been eating and eating and eating lately. our babies aren't poppy seeds anymore, so thats how i justify it!
