My anatomy scan is tomorrow and I have tons of anxiety! I am worried that since I haven't gained any weight due to my hyperemesis that the baby will be under nourished or something. I am just driving myself crazy worrying!

Take a deep breathe and relax - I know easier said than done. I have still only lost weight and we had our 20 week scan 12/23 - the baby measures normal on everything. The OB says everything is ok and not to worry about my weight, that's only one indicator of how the baby is doing. If you're belly is growing, as I'm sure it is, I am sure they will ease your mind tomorrow.

It seems a lot of women on our DDC haven't gained weight and r doing fine. It's not easy not to worry. We all do it to some extent. I'm sure everything is going to just fine.

I get a bit nervous the day before any scan. It's hard not to! I'm sure everything is fine, and you get to see the baby tomorrow so that's exciting!

by my 20 week scan I had not gained a pound and baby was 5 days ahead and 13oz.

I go this morning for a regular prenatal appt and I think I have gained 3-4 pounds these last 2 weeks... but I have been eating to many cookies..lol

I've only recently started gaining. So after twenty weeks. I wasn't overweight to begin with either. I am on zoforan and phenerghan. My baby measured healthy and 3 days ahead!! That baby takes everything from you. Its your body that is becomming malnourished. For me, I'm forever grateful for that fact. I'm sure most are. So try to have faithn. I'm sure everything is fine!

that's exactly what I was going to say! I had extremely bad nausea/sickness with ds2, and he was completely healthy every time. I hope the ultrasound goes great and totally eases your mind.

My anatomy scan is also tomorrow. As much as I want to find out that the baby is health I am scared to death to go for the appt. It was at my anatomy scan last year is when we learned that Tanner had stopped growing. I hope I can relax tonight and get some rest. Can't wait to hear your update!
