I have done absolutely nothing today except lay on the bed and wish list shop for our lil one, which is ok. But the problem is that many things I like for baby are labeled for boys.... like this blanket:
Koala Baby Jumbo Blanket - Giraffe - Triboro Quilt Mfg Co - Babies "R" Us
I absolutely love it and am going to purchase but will be using it for our girl. SO and I have decided on the neutral, earth tone colors and most everything in those colors are for boys....ugh!!! Can girls not be neutral??

Where does it say its for boys, i would have totally assumed that was gender neutral.

I am the same way, i love owl's, and sometimes they are in yellow, sometimes blue and sometimes pink, this baby will have all kinds!!

I saw it in the store and when I went to find it online I couldn't find it until I looked in the boy blanket category, lol. We like theelephants, giraffe, and monkey stuff.... not the jungle look though with the trees and such.

I say that is boy or girl.
I did my daughters nursery in green & off white, teddy bears. I think I am just keeping it the same for this baby but putting a new name on the wall .

We are going gender neutral as well. Just about everything I've bought so far has been labelled for boys. It seems that if it's not pink or purple it's a boys item.

I think that it is totally neutral! No idea why they would put it in "boy" and not the neutral section.

Thanks ladies! We will be shopping some in about a week and a half so the hormonal stress is kicking in. I like to be decided when I start buying. I guess I am lucky that the labels don't matter to SO either. lol. I got frustrated with the site becuse these things I like should be in neutral...... I am ok now, I think!! LOL
