Yes. I don't have much pain with them, just a lot of blood. (tmi? sorry.) I have to be really careful to get a lot of fiber in my diet, and they seem to let up for awhile. No fun at all.

I have one, but it isn't currently bothering me. Its still left from birthing Kaiya. It flares up once in a while but has been good lately. Tucks Pads help. Preperation H also works well. Also put some vasaline on it before having a BM that will help it be less irritated during/after BMs.

So far, this hasn't been a major problem for me. Nothing external anyways. I did have to deal with some external issues with ds2, and I remember that misery well enough. Tucks pads and the vaseline thing helped, and trying to "time" my bms for a time when I could soak in a warm bath afterwards helped a lot too. (Not that it always happened that way; but a good soak pretty often did help alot.)

I haven't had any this time around. With my first pregnancy I had a prolapsed one for months. It was big and painful but they didn't want to remove it since I was pregnant. It finally went away after delivery. I don't recall what I used now.

No problems here, but you can never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever let yourself get constipated. Keep regular or it will never feel okay.

Fiber is your friend.
