the appointment went good, she got all the measurements but one she needed of the heart, so she brought another tech in, who couldn't get it either, then she brought dh in and showed us baby, asked if we wanted to know then gender, i said yes if we could find out so she went to look but baby had it's legs crossed so we are still team green, otherwise she didn't say much just that dr would have the report tuesday

she gave us 2 pictures, one of baby's face with it's mouth open which was kinda cute , and a really awful profile pic

I'm sure everything is okay Sometimes the pictures they give us truly aren't the greatest One picture I received was wonderful, the other one is so awful, but what can you do?

Sorry you didnt get to find out the gender. Will you be getting another ultrasound to check for the heart measurement?

Oh man, that's disappointing. I hate it when they can't get good pictures, it freaks me out a little bit.

oh that is frustrating about the measurement. But I am sure everything is fine! And I had one pic from my last u/s that made me think "OMG WHAT IS THAT?!" haha it was so weird..

Overall, I'm glad it was a good u/s! They couldn't get a good pic of the heart when I was pregnant with Lily either, they ended up sending me to a perinatalogist to get it.
