OKay I have a midwife appointment tomorrow afternoon and I will ask her, but I thought I'd get some thoughts/advice from here too.

I mentioned some changes a few days ago that seem pretty routine and now theres some more. Hopefully still normal and not signs of preterm labor. Let me know what you think.

1.) CM has turned kind of yellow

2.) Starting to feel pubic pressure, not constant

3.) Braxton Hicks have increased from every few days to 2-5 per day (not more than one maybe 2 an hour)

4.) Im waddling

5.) Every time I stand up I have to pee

Then theres the sleeping issue being that no matter what I do, multiple pillows and body pillows ect. I cannot stay on my side, I keep waking up on my stomach and my back and the pillows end up all over the floor and bed. Any advice on this?

I have most of those too...and they all seem pretty normal. Unfortunately pregnancy can be very hard on our bodies! Do let her know, she may have some tips for you to help you stay more comfortable though.

They all sound normal to me. And unfortunately the peeing only gets worse. My little guy has his head resting on my bladder and the u/s tech the other day ask if I had to pee alot and I said yes. She said that was why. He seems to enjoy having his head down there.

lol thanks! I wasn't alarmed by anything but the changes seem to happen so fast now, it's like I can barely keep up. I like the reassurance that I get from you lovely ladies!

Not sure about the CM but everything else sounds normal. Just wait until you have. 6lb baby in there.... I do not miss the last few weeks. We will all be complaining and ready to deliver! Lol

It is true that there seems to be a new symptom every day in the 3rd trimester. It can be overwhelming, but all of your symptoms sound normal to me!

I'm just lurking here (because I like to stalk my friends in this group)...

So don't be alarmed when I say this....

BUT!

I think you might be....

Well....

Pregnant. And probably in your third trimester. Congratulations! SHOCKING, I know!

I'm just curious... what would make you think any of this stuff points to pre-term labor? Are you a first time mom? I know it's easy to worry about things like this (google is SO NOT YOUR FRIEND, btw)... but trust me when I say that it's perfectly normal for pregnancy to suck. A lot of the symptoms are weird. And if you read too much into what's going on with every part of your body, you're just going to stress yourself out.

1. CM can be gross. Stop analyzing it. Unless it's bloody or smells bad, you're probably fine.

2. Uterus and baby are growing. Toward your pubic region. That causes pressure. It's... you know... science. I'm sure you've heard of the term "gravity."

3. You're supposed to have Braxton Hicks. They're like warm ups for the big game. You want your uterus to be prepared for that shiz, trust me.

4. All pregnant women waddle. Walking is hard when you're knocked up.

5. So does my great aunt Cora. Seriously though, baby puts pressure on your bladder. Let me know when you start constantly leaking pee and have to wear a pad to catch it all. That's normal too.

Anyway, I'll back out of this convo now. Just couldn't help myself. Good luck with your (very normal sounding) pregnancy, hun! Keep that pre-term labor stuff out of your head

Normal is different for everyone. We won't all feel exactly the same way. I felt great in my 3rd until the last weeks I started feeling pressure. Around 30 weeks I peed on myself and didn't even feel it come out. Just noticed my pants were wet.

My cm is more now and changing in odor. I don't get b. hicks.

And as far as the sleeping. I'm always on my side and I'm paranoid about sleeping on my stomach, so I'm real conscious of it. Maybe to much. I fell like I toss and turn too much and always looking to make sure my pillow is in between my legs. Probably hindering really good sleep.
I'm not always comfortable.
