OK, seriously, how is it even possible to get heartburn from water? That's just silly, stomach, c'mon now.

I was thinking yesterday I would post a topic called "Lists of foods that DON'T give me heartburn"

The list would look like this:
Tums

Water is one of the worst triggers for my heartburn. It's awful!

I get heartburn from eating period. I have had it every single day since before Christmas. I was just taking Tum's after every meal. Then I switched to Zantac. It worked for a while but then it quit on me completely about a month ago. Last week, I started taking Pepcid AC and it is HEAVEN. I was eating so many Tum's just the thought of them would make me nauseous. Taking a preventative that works has been so great because I just don't get heartburn and don't have to think about it. Pepcid is approved by my OB too. HIGHLY recommended for you heartburn suffering mommies!
