So I woke up this morning and I am having terrible pain in my knee. Not sure if I slept wrong or if all the extra weight is putting some strain on my knee. Anybody else having knee pain as a result of the pregnancy?

I have knee pain all the time (rheumatoid arthritis) but it does get worse if I sleep weird or did a lot of walking the day before. My advice is to get some ice or heat (which ever works better for you) and keep it on for 20 minutes every hour or couple hours. For me I use ice and it makes my knees feel so much better! Also mention it to your OB, some will let you use a rub on cream (Icy Hot or something similar) to help and I think we are still far enough from delivery that we can take Tylenol too. Both help lots.
