I am having a horrible time with this. I never had this problem with my daughter. I am eating a Banana a day and still not helping. I had one so bad this morning that now I am limping and it keeps trying to go back into the cramp state.

YES!! but I think I found something that helps. My chiropractor gave me cal-ma
I cleared it through my perinatolgist who said it was safe and if I didn't take it he could give ma a separate list of vitamins to take- but I'd rather take three of these a day vs the handful of vitamins he would tell me to take.
I've been on them for about 2 weeks and the cramps are already so less frequent! My foot was cramping every time I went to bed, then I'd get one really bad leg cramp at least once a night. Now my foot hasn't cramped in days, and the leg cramps are so less severe!

Not yet but I had them with Jackson so they may be coming. I did have a cramp in my foot on Saturday that wouldn't go away. I thought I was going to cry it hurt so bad.

I usually get these when I'm not pregnant, generally once or twice a month. So far during this pregnancy I've only had one, I'm really liking the break actually.

I've had a few but nothing major! I'd take some leg cramps over the BH and back pain I've been having.

knock on wood, i havent. i get restless legs, and banana's seem to help. but i looked up foods with potassium, and banana's don't have much in comparisom. beans, halibut, papaya, all have more than a banana. i don't fancy papaya, so i double up on a banana and eat lots of lima beans.

Only one or 2. I had more with the girls. I am having my right leg go numb though, which is most likely because baby is compressing a nerve that goes there.

I don't think I had them with the past two. But OMG I am having them and they are bad!!! I woke this morning with one. It would not go away. I get them all the time and sometimes my calf is sore for days.
