We had a Pack N Play with Kaiya, and used it quite a bit. We didn't really like the one we had though. I bought it because I loved the colors and the features, but came to realize the diaper changing pad/station wasn't practical. It didn't just flip up and down, it had to be unhooked and hooked on each time and required 2 hands. So if it was on, and she fell asleep and I wanted to lay her in, I couldn't just flip the diaper changer down and put her in. So we just stopped using it and changed her on the floor. When our parents came to visit and helped out or watched her, they couldn't easily get up and down on the floor with her and MIL actually fell and dropped her on her head (close to the floor, but still not good) when trying. So we decided to get a new one that has a better option for keeping the changer on. We put this one on our registry: S1 by Safety 1st Satellite Premier Playard - Pegasus - S1 by Safety 1st - Babies "R" Us and my parents bought it for us and it arrived today! We aren't really having a real shower, but registered for stuff because 1: people are asking what they should get us and 2. you get discounts on your registry stuff that isn't purchased LOL. I'm so excited they bought it for us.
So we are going to sell or consign our old one. It is in Like NEW condition, since it wasn't used for that long. I figure someone who wants a deal and doesn't care about the changer part (I know some people don't use it anyway). We were going to donate it to the church nursery, but they don't really need it because they have one, even though it is a bit older.
Bumping this thread up to see if you've had a chance to set it up or look at it at all. I'm this close ---><---- to pulling the trigger and buying the same one so I thought I'd see if you had any thoughts.
