For the past couple of weeks my appetite has been going away. I was thinking it's because I crave lemon ice water so I'm drinking a lot and maybe that is filling me up. But it's getting to the point where it is worrying me. I also assumed it's because my stomach can't hold much. But it just seems I am not hungry. The thought of food grosses me out. I am not nauseated or anything. And I find it's not easy to force myself. I have my 2 week OB appointment Monday so I will talk to him.

Anyone experience this or have advice?

I don't recall ever having this problem. Probably why I gained 40 and 50 pounds the last two pregnancies.

I am still getting food aversions sometimes, which makes me not want to eat anything at all. I still try to eat something though.

I have to tone down the liquid intake in the 3rd trimester because if I drink the recommended amount of water I'd never eat! When I was pregnant with DD, my OB assured me that it was more important to eat than worry about how much I was drinking. The only exception to this is if I had too many BH and I needed to drink extra water.

I have days where I need reminders to eat..just don't get hungry. But then other days, I can't eat enough, so I guess it balances out. I love ice too. But I haven't started seeking it out quite yet..but as it starts getting warmer, I'm sure I will be.

Hopefully your dr will have some good advice at your appointment today. I wish I didn't have quite the appetite that I have so I am of no help.
