This morning I woke up to baby digging and burrowing into my left side. It lasted a good 5 minutes and has been happening every few minutes since. It feels very weird and kind of irritating. Could it be baby turning or is it still too early for that (I'm 31 weeks)?

Maybe I'm having a baby Squirrel.

my girl does that too. More often in the evenings if I've been on my feet all day. I Think it's her way of telling me to get off my feet more so she doesn't have to save all of her gymnastics for the evening!

Mine does it as well, but he seems to burrow upwards more.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that Jaxson thinks he will find something if he digs in my hipbone enough.

Thanks Ladies! It's good to know this is fairly normal. This morning was the first time I've felt that ... Such a creepy feeling!

I've had that feeling too...very odd! LOL at the baby squirrel & hamster comments My lil one had a boxing match last night..you could actually feel fingers flitting across my belly every once in awhile. I told DH, and I think he thought I was being silly, so I made him come feel..she didn't do much and then gave him a really good, strong punch/moved her hand across his....it freaked. him. out.

LOL! Another first for me! Last night I looked down and my belly looked like a pyramid. As I watched, it slowly lowered and went back to normal. It was like baby was having a long, slow stretch. I barely felt baby move at all! That was really cool.
