Lindsey's post earlier got me thinking about nesting. Are you nesting? Is your house all clean?

I haven't really had the nesting bug hit me. I guess maybe it's because I have been on bed rest and now everytime I get up to do something I start having painful contractions. I have cleaned my house like I normally would but haven't really done any extra nesting cleaning. I have washed and put away all his clothes so maybe I have done a little bit of nesting.

I am nesting...like wayy overboard nesting. People are going to be able to eat off any surface I can reach soon. and everything is getting organized and reorganized. Its ridiculous. Lol

somewhat..I wish I could get my house clean. but it doesn't stay that way at all. i honestly wouldn't be to concerned about it, except that DHs mom and aunt cleaned my whole house while we were in the hospital with DS. and as nice as that was of them. It really stresses me out and I wish I could get it clean enough before hand so they wont see anything to clean.

I didn't start nesting until today. I mean I had his clothes all washed and folded but no major cleaning binge. I have major plans to keep me busy until Junior's arrival on Thursday!

lol Becky I wish I could say that. Anyway here I was thinking I was not nesting. then I realized I just cleaned out my sock drawer that never happens heheh maybe I am.

i havent really nested. things are functional, and for the most part ready, but i had a whole list thats not even half way done. my house is clean, but by tonight it'll be a sty! on one hand i want to keep things orderly, but a house is meant to be lived in, and with this being the last weekend before i leave for the hospital, i want to enjoy my little girl, if that means making waffles and cookies after i just mopped and waxed the floors, well, so be it! lol.. its really hard to keep house and keep a kid happy at the same time.

I wish I could get bit by the nesting bug. I had to make a list and force myself to do certain things on the list.
Today the goal was to wash baby stuff and I just now folded the last load.
I just need to get breastpump & storage bottles sanitized clean my car and install the car seat and I am pretty much done.
DH still have not painted the room and the letters and vinal decals are up there waiting to be put on.
Oh and I do still need to pack my bag I made a list and laid a couple things out today.

So I guess im making progress but I would love to get a burst of energy and clean the house too or organize still..lol

i've hired a cleaning service until things calm down, so they are doing my nesting for me lol. i did go through all of m son's old clothes, pull out the gender neutral stuff, wash it, and hang it.

I cleaned so much today!!! Problem is, I get tired faster and my back is hurting now. So I can't really do as much as I want. That is ok though, I plan to finish up the house tomorrow. And no one is allowed to touch ANYTHING until after the baby is born.

I started yesterday big time. I was just working on baby stuff, organizing and cleaning her stuff, but yesterday started the organizing, reorganizing, disinfecting, and cleaning of the actual house and not just her things!
