Are you finding time to clean your house?

I am trying to keep our house somewhat clean but with 3 dogs a 2 year old and a newborn make it very difficult. Thankfully DH will help me for a few hours on the weekend and we get it clean enough to make it through the week.

When Cody is sleeping I try to clean and do things around the house. Dh is trying to put our garden in and planting our fields so he can't help in the house. With all the rain we have been having it's not easy to keep everything clean when we have dogs running in and out.

Yes, I'm super OCD and I do my best to keep the house clean. We deep clean on the weekends when I can knock it out during one of Abby's 3 hour naps with DH's help (vacuum, mop, scrub the kitchen and bathrooms, pledge the furniture). But during the week, I just make sure I do things as needed...dusting, laundry, dishes, wiping down the counters, etc.

Our house is as clean as it ever is. We stay on top of dirt/dust and vacuuming up cat hair, but the rooms are way more cluttered than I'd like.

I've been staying on top of most of the cleaning. DH has been out on paternity leave, so he's been helping as well. He goes back to work tomorrow though. But the house is usually pretty clean as long as the girls pick up their toys.

I do as much as I ever have! It just doesn't get done in one day anymore. It's actually easier right now because DH is out of town (less laundry, fewer dishes, the floor is less dirty...).
