Is anyone else dealing with either cradle cap or hair loss? Im thinking the cradle cap is part of the reason why Logan has lost some of his hair. Poor guy looks like an old man now because hes only lost the hair on the top of his forehead (like a receding hair line)
Last time I gave him a bath tho the part without hair was sooo dry and scaly that the skin was flaking off as if he was healing from a bad sun burn...I wish it would go away and let his hair grow back faster!

Same thing here. It was more like peeling skin flakes though. I think because of that his hair on top is falling out. I'm sad because he has a bunch of wild hair and I love it.

Kira has a small amount of peeling on the top of her head but so far not enough for her hair to fall out (knock on wood). Most of her peeling is between her eyebrows, though that cleared up a bit just in time for the baby acne to start appearing.

Someone told me that it COULD grow back a different color? That would be soo funny if that's true, considering it would not longer match the rest of his hair.

CarolynBB- Thats funny because this head pealing thing stated right when his baby acne started going away ... I suppose if its not one thing, its another.

All my boys have lost their hair. It starts out blank and then comes back brown. The girl I nannied for had two color hair for awhile as the dark hair was falling out and the lighter hair was coming in. It was strange but it was only for a short time.

Both of my girls lost hair in the early months - Vi is 2 and hers is still growing back in Her hair is brown with an auburn tint now and it was black at birth. Lily had black at birth and now it's dark dark brown.

Grant hasn't lost any hair yet. He has the fullest head of hair out of my 3 kids, so we'll see what happens. No cradle cap either (Vi had it bad though), but he does have the baby acne.

Over from July My youngest daughter and I both were born with brown hair which fell out to grow back blonde. My oldest had a TON of black hair, fell out to grow back brown. Its really common.

Kate never did lose her hair except for a small patch at the back where it rubbed things. But I know a lot of babies do!
