How has your eating changed since your baby was born? Are you trying to eat better or are you still eating like you were pregnant?



I have been trying to eat better so I can lose this last 10 lbs that I have to lose but when your exhausted you just grab the first thing you can find. Lately my sinful treat has been Oreo Cakesters. If you haven't tried them you should. There awesome.

Since I was pregnant I have an extreme love of salad! Before I was pregnant I couldn't stand it but now I love it. Overall, I'm eating pretty healthy but I do that anyway. Fruits and veggies are a favorite by everyone in my house.

I'm trying to eat healthy but it's tough since I just want something quick and handy.

I'm definitely not getting enough vegetables since my husband doesn't like them and I haven't been motivated to sauté anything fresh to go with dinner. I should just pick up frozen veggies since even frozen lima beans are probably better than no veggies at all!

I just joined weight watchers, so I'm trying to eat healthy, minus the oatmeal cookies I made last week (that's my splurge). But after I finish off that batch I'm going to make a healthier version of them to keep within my points each day.

So far I've lost 25 lbs, which puts me 5 under my prepregnancy weight. But I've still got 20 lbs to lose until I get to my goal weight.

Im trying my best to eat better... currently DH and I are counting our calories while avoiding any sweets, pops, or fried foods. Its not that bad considering we both LOVE salads and lean meats. .... We have also been pretty good about getting on the elliptical when we do sneak in a treat here and there.
