Blakelys hair is thick and dark right now but it's growing in white at the very roots. It's not noticeable yet unless you look really close but soon I will have to grin and bear it or just have someone cut off the dark I would've much rather it have just fallen out and come in blonde.
In my DH's two month pictures, his hair was about 2 inches long on tops, platinum blonde with black tips. It looked awful I definitely would've cut the tips off since it was pretty long anyway.

I don't mess with my babies' hair until they really need a hair cut after 15 months or so. In my husband's culture, they shave babies' head instead of just letting the hair fall out. I wouldn't let my MIL do it - she only sort of suggested it once so it wasn't that big of a deal anyway.
