Do you find that you are really hungry and really thirsty?

I can't seem to drink enough water. I'm thirsty all the time and I feel like I am just as hungry now as I was when I was pregnant so losing this weight is not fun.

I am always thirsty. I drink water non-stop. Especially after I pump 8-9 ounces, then I can drink a whole bottle of water in like 30 seconds.

Not necessarily any more hungry than usual...

I'm definitely thirsty all the time and especially when I'm nursing or pumping. It's like BAM instant thirst.

I'm not hungrier than normal overall but sometimes when I'm pumping I get hit with sudden hunger pangs. I try to keep a stash of crackers nearby for when that happens.

Yes, I'm hungry and thirsty all the time too. Just think, when you were pregnant you were supporting a baby that was much smaller. By the time your baby is six months, if you are still EBF, then you'll be the sole supporter of a pretty large baby. That's going to take quite a few extra calories. I think it's 20 calories per ounce, so that's 20 cal. X 30 oz =500 calories.

No, and I never got super hungry or thirsty last time either. It's kind of weird, I know I need to be drinking a LOT more water.

I'm always starving all the time. I've always been a good water drinker but I can definitely drink a lot now. I probably drink about 8 16 oz water bottles a day.

I get extremely thirsty while nursing. I try to make sure I have a drink with me before I start.

Some days I'm hungry and some not.
